Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Senior Frontend Developer -AI Trainer, where you will play a key role in advancing the capabilities of cutting-edge AI coding models. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep frontend expertise, passion for AI adoption, and a keen eye for application architecture and UI excellence. You will help shape the future of AI-driven development workflows by testing experimental tooling and providing invaluable feedback.



Key Responsibilities:

• Build and refine high-quality application components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend architectures

• Implement new features and deliver UI improvements across web and mobile platforms (React Native/Expo, Kotlin for Android, Swift/SwiftUI for iOS)

• Resolve layout issues, conduct style refactoring, and ensure design consistency across cross-platform interfaces

• Rigorously test alpha-stage AI coding models in your day-to-day workflow, providing detailed feedback and annotated screenshots

• Document findings, propose enhancements, and collaborate closely with the AI research and product teams

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information and AI model details

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, sharing insights and learnings with clarity and precision



Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in frontend/UI development

• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)

• Demonstrated experience in frontend architecture and cross-platform UI development

• Hands-on expertise with React Native/Expo for web/mobile, plus exposure to Kotlin (Android) and Swift/SwiftUI (iOS)

• Strong track record of building, shipping, and refining user-centric features

• Daily use and strong familiarity with Cursor, leveraging AI tools in development workflows

• Self-sufficiency in coding and troubleshooting within confidential, high-stakes environments

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills



Preferred Qualifications:

• Early adopter mindset for AI-assisted coding and new development tooling

• Prior experience contributing to AI training or LLM-driven projects

• Commitment to continuous learning and pushing the boundaries of developer tooling
