📋 Description
• Translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code; optimize performance; ensure scalability
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to create responsive, high-performance web applications
• Collaborate with team members to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve Deel’s products, ensuring high quality and performance
• Actively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain DeelSpeed
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience across all front-end touchpoints

🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer in the below technologies
• Excellent JavaScript knowledge in front end libraries, especially React.js, both with class and functional components and hooks.
• Master in JavaScript syntax, and in front end essentials such as HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Node.js and at least one other server side language such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or .Net.
• Strong experience with state management packages such as Mobx and Redux
• Deep understanding of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications across the whole stack in one or more of the technologies listed above
