The Customer Platforms team:
Stone prides itself on being a company that puts the customer first, and the Customer Platforms area is responsible for providing the technological infrastructure that makes this possible. Our systems connect us with customers from the moment they meet us, throughout their entire journey with us. We are divided into 3 tribes: Web (Connection with ADPs, CMS, CRO, Blogging, Analytics), Messages (CDP, Marketing Cloud, Chat Interface, Chatbot Platform, FAQ Platform) and LLMs (LLMs connection platform with the customer)

What it's like to be a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer:
The individual will build solutions with generative AI and Machine Learning for conversational products with WhatsApp and Twilio, including direct participation in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis and model creation.

We work in an agile model with a constant search for results through experiments and short validation cycles. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys and finds it easy to work in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment with excellent software engineering practices.

What we expect from you:
Are you comfortable working remotely;
Have extensive experience in Python, designing and experimenting with ML models;
Has experience in projects with LLMs and prompt engineering;
Conducts consistent and clear quantitative analyses, from problem approach to presentation of results;
Documents and communicates data-driven insights to colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
Participates in rapid iteration cycles related to model training/tuning, testing, and deployment;
Knows NLP techniques, information retrieval and optimization;
I would like to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, implement and evolve machine learning models and pipelines;
What increases your chances:
You are accustomed to and use best software engineering practices;
Knows deployment routines with CI and CD;
Know the basics of AWS, GCP or Azure clouds;
Experience in building APIs involving communication with databases;
Experience with MLOps tools such as Databricks, Snowflake or Sagemaker;
