📋 Description
• Design, build, and optimize Databricks pipelines for large-scale data integration and transformation
• Develop data solutions to support business functions such as supply chain management
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, deliver insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Act as a data/analytics consultant, ensuring clear communication of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain project organization and provide best practices for data engineering processes

🎯 Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (orchestration, pipeline development, coding)
• Solid understanding of data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT processes and workflow automation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work as a business-facing consultant
• Supply chain data and analytics experience (particularly with Workday data) highly preferred
• Healthcare data experience is a plus
