We’re looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data squad, own key data areas and support company-wide projects. You'll design and maintain our data infrastructure - the pipelines that bring data in, the DBT models that transform it, and the systems that orchestrate everything. We use Snowflake, Paradime, Hevo, and Airflow. You'll work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Finance teams to give them clean, reliable data for decisions. This job works well for someone who likes fast-moving startups and can handle different parts of the data process.What You'll DoBuild and maintain data pipelines that pull in and transform data from different sources using Hevo or FivetranCreate DBT models that let teams analyze data themselves and generate reliable reports in MetabaseSet up workflows and manage how data flows between systems using AirflowCreate data quality checks, alerts, and testing systemsBuild datasets that data science, business teams, and AI applications can useWork with other teams to understand what they need and deliver useful data productsReview code and give feedback on architecture to keep engineering quality highHelp build data pipelines that work with AI, including parsing messy data and using LLMs (nice to have)What You'll Need5+ years doing data engineering with real production pipelines and data modelingStrong SQL and Python skills, lots of experience with DBTGood understanding of Snowflake - how to optimize queries, manage costs, set up access controls, and design schemas that scaleExperience with workflow tools like Airflow or DagsterKnow how to use data ingestion tools like Hevo or FivetranBonus: Experience working with messy data and integrating LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)Can prioritize well and work across different areas (marketing analytics, sales reporting, product insights)Good at communicating and taking ownership of your workPushPress is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace.
