From advanced tools and technology to an immersive company culture, working at Logic20/20 means working on the leading edge, with a community of the right people around you.Job DescriptionAs a senior consultant, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deliverables, as well as managing workflows, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll support clients and fellow consultants to ensure quality delivery and professional growth. About you You have served in a consulting capacity to evaluate business systems, processes, project execution, and technology–empowering businesses through robust technology improvements. You have a broad delivery capability that spans strategy, technology, and/or business. You can be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your adept at managing client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction. You act effectively as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solutions delivered adhere to the requirements and customer need. Qualifications3-5 years of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm. Experience supporting an AI initiative from conception to completion.Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution definition projects. Strong analytical skills, including process improvement, value stream mapping, and business metric management. Experience collaborating with both software development and business teams to drive effective solutions. Undergraduate degree in business or technology. Additional InformationAt Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $126,000 - $134,327 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
