📋 Description
• Work on scalable, high-performance backend systems that power Trustana’s B2B platform.
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs, optimize microservices, and collaborate across teams to build a seamless trade experience.
• Architect and refactor backend services for scalability to handle enterprise-level data volumes and performance benchmarks seamlessly.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and solve challenges.
• Work with infrastructure teams to scale services and perform root cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements
• Over 5 years of backend experience, ideally in startups or e-commerce
• Knowledge of LLMs and optimizing solutions using AI
• Expertise in Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud architectures (AWS, Lambda)
• Hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale APIs (REST/GraphQL), event-driven design, caching patterns
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and web security.
• Experience in test-driven development and performance optimization.
