Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable, resilient backend architectures following best engineering practices.
- Build secure, high-performance, and reliable backend services, primarily in a microservices-oriented environment.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Drive automation, security, and observability initiatives across backend services.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and the continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to support the evolution of the product.
- Participate in strategic technical decisions related to system scalability and long-term architecture.
- Mentor and support the technical growth of junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements
- Strong experience in advanced backend development using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience defining backend architectures and technical standards.
- Strong understanding of API design (REST and/or GraphQL).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed systems.
