📋 Description
•Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems, APIs, and databases that support the business’s web and mobile applications.
•Help foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
•Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features and services.
•Architect scalable, secure, and efficient server-side solutions that meet fintech industry standards and handle high transaction volumes.
•Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including code reviews and automated testing frameworks.
•Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development, blockchain, and fintech to recommend innovative improvements.

🎯 Requirements
•7+ year of relevant experience
•Hands-on development experience in C# and .NET
•Good knowledge of OOPS, design patterns and principles
•Experience with SQL databases
•Experience in using Caching and Messaging Queues like Redis cache, SQS, Kafka, etc
•Knowledge of Web API’s
•Strong, clear communication skills
•Take responsibility and ownership of work
•Work well in a team environment
•Experience with AWS cloud services
