You thrive in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change.Your RoleAs a Senior Analytics Engineer with Evergreen Nephrology, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining complex healthcare pipelines to support Analytics use cases.  You will own and maintain pipelines that take raw healthcare data (e.g., claims and clinical data) and transform it into feature stores that can be utilized in reporting, clinical rules engines, and risk stratification models. This includes implementing, in coordination with the Advanced Analytics, Reporting, and Clinical Operations teams, predictive models that are used to drive care management operations. In addition, you will have opportunities to work on analytical requests to better understand our data and drive changes in clinical operations.Role ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain logic that transforms raw healthcare data, from diverse sources (claims and EMR), into usable data for analytics use cases (e.g. reporting, predictive modeling)Develop feature stores and ML Ops frameworks to support, implement, and monitor risk stratification models.Work closely with data operations and analytics to test and validate pipelines, ensuring smooth integration with existing health systems and EMR workflows.Analyze large datasets across multiple sources, ensuring robust data integration and alignment to support comprehensive insights.Other duties consistent with this role, as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline2 years' experience utilizing cloud-based tools to deploy machine learning frameworks utilizing Azure and MLFlow4 years' experience utilizing python and SQL to develop analytical pipelinesUnderstanding of clinical data analysisExperience working with data derived from Electronic Medical Records and Administrative claims preferredIntermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and TeamsAble to work effectively in a primarily remote environment: Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommendedEvergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their roleEmployees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationCompensationThe pay range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
