📋 Description
• We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving Backend Engineer to join our team.
• As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll work alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to tackle everything from huge company initiatives to modest but important bug fixes, from start to finish.
• You’ll also collaborate with your product team on discovery, helping to assess the direction and feasibility of product changes.

🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals - building APIs, managing background jobs, and debugging performance or reliability issues in a large, evolving Rails monolith.
• You live and work permanently in the U.S.
