This is a remote-friendly position for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of a rapidly evolving business function, working on a greenfield architecture with significant business impact. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of our platform and the team’s growth for years to come.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable, resilient user-facing products and experiences.Translate UI/UX designs into high-performance, maintainable interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Build accessible and testable web applications that meet modern standards.Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver industry-leading financial tools and software.Identify potential implementation challenges and partner with designers to resolve them early.Translate user stories and business requirements into technical solutions.Contribute new ideas for technology improvements and innovative product initiatives.Communicate effectively with project leads, product managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.What You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of professional programming experience, preferably with modern technology stacks.Minimum 2 years focused on front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.Experience with our core tech stack is a plus: Java/Kotlin/Spring/PostgreSQL/React, running in Kubernetes with a service-oriented architecture featuring 100+ services in production.Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Deep familiarity with responsive design and mobile-web best practices.Experience working in collaborative, agile teams, participating in code reviews, and managing pull requests.A hands-on attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver results.Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to shipping impactful features rather than chasing perfection.Demonstrated ownership in driving projects from conception through to completion.
