📋 Description
• Lead Mobile Architecture & Development
• Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for React Native mobile apps.
• Build seamless integrations between cross-platform React Native code and native modules (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) when needed.
• Optimize mobile performance, startup time, and UX for creator and consumer-facing workflows.
• Own Fullstack Collaboration (Mobile-First)
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts (GraphQL & REST).
• Integrate backend services (Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) with mobile frontends.
• Event-Driven & Cloud-Native Systems
• Work with AWS services like Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, and DynamoDB to build mobile-ready, event-driven architectures.
• Implement real-time features like live shopping, XR experiences, and UGC uploads.
• Performance, Security & Compliance
• Monitor and optimize app performance using tools like Flipper, Datadog, and New Relic.
• Ensure security and compliance across mobile applications, including data handling and user privacy.
• Mentorship & Collaboration
• Mentor mid-level and senior engineers, focusing on React Native best practices and modern mobile development workflows.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Innovation & R&D
• Stay ahead of mobile trends—React Native, Expo, TurboModules, Hermes, JSI, VisionOS, and other emerging tech.
• Drive continuous improvement in mobile development processes and tooling.

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with a primary focus on React Native.
• Strong experience with native iOS and Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) to support native module integrations.
• Proven track record of architecting and scaling cross-platform mobile applications.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with GraphQL APIs, backend services, and event-driven cloud systems.
• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of mobile app architecture, offline-first design, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
• Experience leading code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for mentorship, innovation, and product quality.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience with live streaming SDKs, XR development, or real-time media workflows.
• Familiarity with content creator tools, social commerce, or fashion tech industries.
