📋 Description
• Build new products and features from 0 → 1 using React Native and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and founders to shape the product direction and roadmap
• Deliver high-quality, user-facing experiences that delight customers across devices
• Take ownership of projects from concept to launch — ensuring quality and scalability
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Help grow an exceptional engineering culture — interview, mentor, and refer top talent

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience building consumer-facing mobile applications using React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Proven experience at a product-focused startup or technology company
• Track record of building polished, pixel-perfect UI and animations
• Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills
• Experience with B2B2C business models
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
• Passion for building great products and contributing to a meaningful mission
