📋 Description
• Lifeway is seeking a Principal Software Engineer responsible for working across diverse teams
• Balancing back-office requirements of reliability and consistency with customer-oriented requirements that demand agility and responsiveness
• You will play a key role in helping the business and technical teams think strategically about system responsibility
• Lead and review high level architecture, cloud-native proposals, and SaaS applications including integrations
• Committed to maintaining high standards for the quality and efficiency of work
• Actively engage in all levels of development, champion best practices, and encourage teams to adopt and implement them

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field - required
• Masters degree in computer science, information technology or related field - preferred
• 10+ years development and maintenance roles with an IT organization
• Experience integrating with SaaS cloud applications, such as Salesforce, ERP, WMS, etc.
• Experience leading or working closely with software engineering teams
• CI/CD, security best practices, DevOps principles and practices, logging, monitoring, and alerting within a cloud environment
• Cloud application architecture
• Software design and architecture, including Domain Driven Design and Eventing
• Programming skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven history of leading people in a complex, fast-pace environment
• Successful track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
