📋 Description
• We are seeking a hands-on Principal Architect & Lead Engineer to design, build, and scale a cloud-native, multi-tenant Azure platform for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).\n• This is a working leader role. You will architect enterprise-grade solutions, write production code, configure Azure services, and stand up healthcare integrations in the early phases.\n• You will then grow and lead a team as the platform matures. You will own the technical vision, architecture, and execution for a platform that integrates with EMRs, clearinghouses, and payer systems to automate critical RCM workflows such as eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.\n• Key responsibilities include Architecture & Solution Design; Hands-On Development (Initial Phase); Leadership & Team Building; Strategic Execution; Oversee vendor and partner integrations.\n• HIPAA, HITECH, SOC 2 compliance in platform design.

🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in Azure cloud architecture.\n• Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise SaaS platforms.\n• Expertise in Azure-native services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\n• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other enterprise backend languages.\n• Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.\n• Deep knowledge of healthcare integrations including ANSI X12 EDI, HL7, and FHIR.\n• Understanding of RCM workflows such as eligibility, claims, payment posting, and denial management.\n• Strong security and compliance knowledge including HIPAA and HITECH.\n• Track record of hands-on leadership in a build-from-scratch environment.
