🎯 Requirements
•12+ years of experience building and deploying sophisticated machine learning solutions, with deep experience in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
•Demonstrated success architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
•Expert-level proficiency in Python ecosystem (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for both research and production systems.
•Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and drift detection systems.
•Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
•Deep understanding of database architectures and their trade-offs, plus experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Dask).
•Exceptional ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into technical solutions that drive significant business value.
•Outstanding skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and actionable insights, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of our AI solutions.
•Experience mentoring and developing junior data scientists in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
•Appreciation for the unique challenges SMBs face in adopting AI, with passion for democratizing access to advanced technology.
