• YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
• Metova's engineering team is looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You are highly motivated, collaborative, and technical, with the passion to help shape the delivery of software products for our customers. You are passionate about software development and interested in helping to shape the future of our professional services development team.You are always seeking new and diverse challenges to grow your skill set and broaden your experience.
• WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• As a Software Engineer, you will directly contribute to software projects, lead other software developers towards the same goal, and work with clients directly to ensure accurate and timely communication around deliverables and expectations. Utilizing your strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering, cooperative planning, to detailed architecture for implementation and maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership/development role that requires technical expertise, the ability to coordinate and motivate a team, and coordinate with external business units.
• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be able to communicate on a technical and general level both internally and externally and maintain realistic expectations. Contribute to the software development process, from initial concept to final delivery, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and project deadlines.
• Bring your skills and prior experiences to the table as an active contributor to both long standing and green field (new) projects.

🎯 Requirements
• YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• - Educational Experience (at least 1 of the below required):
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• - 4+ years of alternative education or job experience
• - (including coding bootcamps + practical experience.)
• - Prior Work Experience (both required):
• - 2+ years of employment as a software engineer or developer
• - experience contributing to software services or products to end users
• - Programming Languages/Stacks (at least 2 of the below required):
• - C#
• - .NET Core
• - ASP .NET
• - JavaScript / Typescript
• - Web Frameworks (React, Angular, Svelte, SvelteKit, etc)
• - ReactNative
• - Flutter
• - Java / Kotlin
• - Swift
• - Soft Skills (all of the below required)
• - Good written and verbal communication skills
• - English Language Proficiency
