Job Description: As a Lead Gen AI Solutions Architect you will manage a team of multicultural GenAI practitioners, driving exceptional consulting services and project execution for GenAI projects.  You will leverage your technical expertise to lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, while also actively contributing as a technical expert in the project delivery.This is a player-coach role with a 40/60 split between leadership and hands on work.This position is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesBe a consultant and solutions architect on complex customer projects.
