📋 Description
• Lead backend development using .NET / C# with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce technical standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Mentor and support engineers across the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Partner with product and leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and influencing cross-team architecture.

🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer working with .NET / C#.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS also relevant).
• Experience with asynchronous, distributed, or event-driven systems.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset.
• Curiosity for learning new technologies — especially frontend frameworks like React.
