📋 Description
• We’re looking for a web-savvy JavaScript Consultant to join the interop.io Consulting Team. This role blends hands-on JavaScript development and full-stack exposure with client-facing consulting.\n• Lead and coach clients to deliver interoperable software solutions using io.Connect Software Platform Suite.\n• If you're a technically skilled, outgoing professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments—and you’re passionate about solving complex B2B challenges, especially in capital markets, this role is tailored for you!\n

🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development including modern JavaScript (ES6+)\n• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably React), including responsive design, state management, and component testing\n• Familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, C++)\n• Proficiency with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), Node.js, and version control systems (e.g., Git)\n• Experience in enterprise environments with established mechanisms for governance, CICD, and other systematic approaches for managing horizontal scale\n• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as technical consulting, solutions architecture, or B2B presales/account management, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead conversations, engage with client teams, and negotiate technical specifications.\n• Established skills in discovery, design thinking, or business analysis\n• Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure in collaboration with client IT organizations\n• Background in capital markets, institutional trading, or financial services technology would be considered as a plus\n• Location in US Eastern time zone (or be an early riser in the Central time zone)
