📋 Description
• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge frontend and backend systems.
• Use innovative techniques to maximize efficiency and performance across the full stack.
• Create and maintain advanced, reusable components and services.
• Plan and execute complex assignments with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of professional experience working as a software engineer in a team environment
• Proficiency with WordPress as a CMS
• Proficiency in full-stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Proficiency with NextJS and AWS
• Experience working with Databases (PostgreSQL and/or MySQL)
• Demonstrated passion for consulting, improving, good conflict resolution and criteria
• Strong communication skills
• Positive recommendations from your previous managers and teammates
• Strong understanding of software development at scale and product mindset
• College education is a plus
• Must be able to work in the EST timezone
• Experience using GCP
• Have experience with working on internationalization and localization
• Experience working in a startup environment
