This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, Node, and relational databases, with a focus on customer-centric architecture and test-driven development. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions that transform the hiring experience.About You:3+ years experience in Software development2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / ReduxAdvanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystemExperience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven developmentExperience with relational databasesSolid understanding of REST communicationExcellent time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable learning new technologies and systemsVery strong attention to detailWhat Success Looks Like:Architect scalable solutions with a customer-centric focus  Build, test, and deploy high-quality features Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud TechnologiesBe a key contributor to the technical roadmapCollaborate with engineer and product team to foster strong engineering principles and represent our engineering valuesUtilize product requirements and engage with cross functional teams to deliver rapidly evolving product features in a timely mannerCommitment to YouThe more diverse and inclusive the workplace, the more our product, community, and company can flourish.
