We focus on putting insurance underwriters back in the driver’s seat, helping them meet their goals while providing an important service to society.What You'll Be Doing:Partner with other FDE's and Technical Program Managers to implement FederatoCollaborate and work with cross-functional teams to provide a strong delivery experience for our customersPartner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phasesDrive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automationWho We Hope You Are:B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience2+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experienceExperience interacting with customers previouslyOrganizational coordination experience and experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partnersAnalytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processesCoding competence in Javascript and SQL$100,000 - $140,000K USD a year$130,000 - $160,000 CAD a yearFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
