As a Distinguished Engineer, you’ll help evolve the core architecture powering this ecosystem—shaping how healthcare is delivered digitally and making a measurable impact on patient outcomes and system-wide efficiency.Position Overview: We are seeking a Distinguished Engineer to drive high-impact technical initiatives across our healthcare platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to drive forward key technical initiatives in healthcare technology. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software architectures and solutions that accelerate our growth and impact within the industry.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Leadership: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable software architectures that align with our strategic goals and enhance the digital provider network experience.Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide technical input into strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.Innovative Solutions: Explore new technologies and assess their applicability, identifying opportunities to apply emerging trends in healthcare technology for game-changing solutions.Team Development: Mentor other engineers and help cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Agile Practices: Support the adoption of agile development practices, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting alignment and informed decision-making.Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing protocols, and deployment processes to ensure the reliability and security of our systems.Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience providing technical guidance and mentorship, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Node.js. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and experience deploying and operating services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is expected.
