New Graduates welcomeDesigning the customer experience of virtual assistants, from simple FAQ answers to long and complex conversationsHelping build and maintain virtual assistants both using internal tools and PythonObsessing over metrics to assess performance and customer satisfaction - making sure everything you do is measurable and having a big impactListening to how real customers interact with your designs, and prioritising the right things to make each call even betterHelping our engineering team ensure that our implementations of Generative AI are effective, accurate, and safeMinimum Requirements:A fixation on good user experience, you are meticulous and have an eye for detailAbility to explain and distil complex ideas and user flows using clear, plain, supportive, inclusive languageInterest in natural language understanding and conversational AIExperience with PythonSome knowledge or aptitude for analytics or data scienceQualifications:BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, Linguistics or another Social Science fieldExperience managing both internal and external stakeholders through various stages of content developmentExperience with NLU technologyExperience with data manipulation, data analytics, and visualisationWe provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $72,000 – $80,000 depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee.
