We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. • Serve as the go-to data science expert within BI, educating and influencing cross-functional partners. • Mentor junior team members (initially 0–1) and help define the long-term vision for the data science team. • Promote rigorous methodology, model interpretability, and transparent communication of findings. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging techniques in machine learning, forecasting, and AI. 🎯 Requirements • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics. • Education in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience with data visualization and communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, or deploying models in production environments. • Familiarity with Tableau • Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL. • Proven track record of building predictive models that have driven business value. • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, time series forecasting, and/or supervised learning techniques. • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience in the food service, distribution, or supply chain domains is a plus. 🏖️ Benefits • Great benefits from day one.
