This role is responsible for acting as a data and reporting expert for other members of the Reporting and Analytics team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop reporting solutions following internal reporting standards and best practices by translating business requirements for development within multiple reporting and prototyping platforms and determining appropriate solution designMaintain and improve the reliability, efficiency and functionality of existing reportsFacilitate team request intake sessions to collect reporting requirements and determine project prioritizationBuild and maintain reporting, data, and metrics governance processesDevelop strategic partnerships with various levels of leadership within the organization, acting as a representative of the broader Reporting and Analytics teamCoach and provide guidance to other members of the team and clients in the use and interpretation of dataOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required5 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting3 years of SQL experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to analyze and solve complex problems using analytical toolsTime management and prioritization skillsExperience working with multiple business areas and different levels of leadershipAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access toolsPrior experience with report generating technologies (such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.)Experience with data consolidation and modelingPreferred QualificationsPython and Big Query experienceBusiness Intelligence consulting experienceProject management / scrum leading experiencePBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits dataExperience in the implementation of quality process improvement effortsExperience using statistical/data analysis and best practices to identify risks and opportunities and define reporting solutionsEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
