You will design and deliver impactful training programs that help our clients confidently use our software solutions.What You Will DoLead advanced training sessions on our software products and collaboration toolsDevelop and customize training materials for different applications and user needsSet up and manage training environments to ensure smooth sessionsTroubleshoot technical issues related to training equipment and softwareProvide user-focused feedback on new software features and updatesWork with the team to define training requirements and enhance program contentKeep training materials up to date with the latest software updatesTravel as needed to conduct in-person training and presentations across the United States and occasionally internationallyQualificationsMust HavesDemonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community and fluency in its terminology and acronymsAbility to mentor new trainers and support onboardingStrong skills in gathering and using feedback to improve training effectivenessExperience maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progressCommitment to developing inclusive and accessible training for diverse end usersA mindset for continuous improvement and analyzing metrics to enhance outcomesNice to HavePrevious experience delivering advanced software training in a professional settingAdditional InformationThis role is remote with occasional travel required to Tampa FL, Fort Bragg NC, and Washington DC for meetings, training, and team events.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
