📋 Description
• Develop and maintain backend services for WP Rocket Addons team, including server-side features such as Remove Unused CSS and Imagify optimization service, and back-office tools
• Contribute to product and marketing-driven features; collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Review code, write tests, and maintain robust, scalable services
• Help maintain internal CRM and e-commerce platforms used by thousands of users
• Participate in open-source contributions and engineering handbook initiatives

🎯 Requirements
• Solid PHP & Python expertise
• Expertise in Django, WordPress and/or Node.js
• Not afraid of DevOps activities; Kubernetes, Chef, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, Kibana knowledge welcomed
• Experience with automated code validation & testing
• Focus on quality, continuous improvement and maintainable code
• Startup mentality; able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous remote job experience a plus
