This role blends strategic planning, data analysis, business operations, and insight generation. You’ll be hands-on in aggregating data, evaluating business performance, and helping steer our go-to-market strategies. Expect to build pricing models, evaluate growth opportunities, measure web performance, and develop reports and dashboards that drive clarity and action. You'll be a key thought partner for leadership, bringing structure and insight to some of our most important decisions. This is a remote based position. What You'll Do Analyze complex data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for better decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to align analysis with goals. Present data and strategic insights to senior leaders in a clear, compelling way. Support strategic initiatives with data modeling and performance evaluations. Track the effectiveness of business strategies and provide improvement recommendations. Stay ahead of analytics trends and tools to enhance our capabilities. Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or similar field. 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles. Industry experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or marketplaces is a plus. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL (required); Python is a bonus. Experience with data warehouses, data mining, and BI tools is a plus. Highly curious, driven, and disciplined. Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills. Relentless about delivering exceptional customer experiences—internally and externally. Takes ownership, seeks feedback, and acts with urgency.
