📋 Description
• Sei is the first parallelized layer 1 blockchain.
• The Sei Development Foundation is seeking an innovative and strategic AI Lead to spearhead the growth and integration of AI-focused applications within the Sei blockchain ecosystem.
• This role will be pivotal in advancing use cases such as machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, and decentralized AI systems.
• As the AI Lead, you will lead partnerships and business development efforts, collaborating with top AI research labs, technology companies, and industry pioneers to unlock new opportunities for scalable, secure, and decentralized artificial intelligence solutions on Sei.

🎯 Requirements
• Prior VC experience, particularly in AI or machine learning investments, OR proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within the artificial intelligence industry; experience with web3 or blockchain technology is a strong plus
• A comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in artificial intelligence, including decentralized machine learning, data privacy, ownership, and the ethical deployment of AI technologies
• Proven expertise in building and managing high-value partnerships with AI research institutions, technology companies, and influential players in the AI and broader tech ecosystems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive ecosystem growth and adoption of blockchain solutions for innovative AI applications
