🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, custom pipelines)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals — Python, APIs, orchestration, and prompt design
• Curiosity to experiment, ability to move fast, and clarity in communicating results
• Mid- to senior-level engineer eager to define how AI is applied across Latitude.sh
