Job Description: Requirements:



Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator authoring
Experience providing technical support and customer service
Basic knowledge of SEO techniques
Creative, Critical, and Analytical thinking
Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Must be detail oriented, intelligent, willing and able to learn on your own, follow directions and have excellent math skills
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal English, along with customer service orientation


Bonus Experience / Skills:



Experience with database driven ecommerce applications / platforms
Familiarity with online payment gateways and other ecommerce service providers
Knowledge of web hosting environments and technologies


The Location: this position is remote, though you will need to be available during business hours on the U.S. east coast.  Our headquarters are in Philadelphia.
