This is a fully remote position available to candidates located in the U.S. Important note: This is a server-side rendered Django environment — templates, forms, Django admin, and traditional views. If your Django experience is primarily building REST APIs with Django REST Framework, this likely isn't the right fit. Responsibilities Build and maintain web applications using Django's full MVT architecture (Models, Views, Templates) Develop and extend server-side rendered pages using Django templates, forms, and the admin interface Write clean, maintainable Python with a focus on Django conventions and best practices Collaborate with front-end developers on feature implementation using HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript Fix bugs, improve performance, and support production deployments Participate in regular code reviews and task planning Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on Django experience (views, forms, templates) Comfortable working with HTML/CSS and JavaScript Experience using Git and a relational database (PostgreSQL preferred) Able to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setting Nice to Have Experience with other Django ecosystem tools Familiarity with Django admin customization Basic understanding of UI/UX principles Compensation & Details Full-time, remote within the U.S. Competitive salary based on experience Standard East Coast business hours
