About the job
We are currently recruiting for a Web Designer / .NET Consultant to support a large-scale digital modernization initiative for a confidential healthcare research organization. This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in the United States.


About the Role

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative, and mission‑driven team working closely with clinicians and researchers. This is an opportunity to modernize critical web platforms that support impactful medical research.
Your ideas will be valued, your expertise will be relied upon, and the work you do will contribute directly to high‑visibility organizational goals.


What You’ll Do

Redesign and rewrite existing ASPX (.NET 4.7) websites
Lead modernization efforts using .NET 8.0 / .NET 10.0 with Razor or Blazor
Oversee the full development lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment
Migrate legacy systems to fully modernized architecture
Train internal teams on modern .NET development practices


Required Skills

7+ years of .NET experience
7+ years of C#
5–7 years with HTML & CSS
3–5 years with JavaScript
SQL
DevExpress
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
