This is a fully remote role responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, and support of advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. You’ll enable high-performance operations across multiple distribution centers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the technology stack. Responsibilities: Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of HighJump, Körber, or InfiOS Cloud WMS solutions. Customize workflows, integrations, and business rules to meet operational requirements. Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and SOPs. Provide technical support and training to end-users and administrators. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents. Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless deployments and upgrades. Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure system integrity, scalability, and compliance. Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience as an Application Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant in a WMS environment. Expertise in HighJump, Körber, or InfiOS WMS platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and WMS integration frameworks/APIs. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Agile/Scrum project experience and working with external vendors is a plus. Körber/HighJump certification(s) and experience with EAI/BPM, RF integration, or robotics a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits: Bonus: 5% Comprehensive benefits package
