As we continue to scale and expand our platform, we are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge web application, while ensuring it operates smoothly for our users. Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced UI Staff Frontend Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience to play a senior technical leadership role in the design, evolution and ongoing development of our SaaS web platform. In this role, you will own and deliver complex frontend systems, establish scalable patterns and standards, and partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the application remains performant, maintainable, and resilient as we scale. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to mentor and elevate other engineers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the frontend of our cloud-based SaaS application using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean design. Architect new features and improve existing ones with a focus on long-term maintainability. Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, and designers to deliver cohesive user experiences. Guide and mentor other frontend engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices. Drive consistency and performance across multiple SPAs within our Nx monorepo architecture. Contribute to sprint planning, technical reviews, and continuous process improvement. Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications, or equivalent experience demonstrating Staff-level technical ownership. Strong proficiency in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, and scalable SPA architecture. Solid understanding of HTML, SCSS, and responsive design principles. Experience designing modular UI systems. Deep understanding of declarative patterns, immutability, and predictable updates to state. Proven ability to lead, mentor developers, and uphold engineering standards. Familiarity with Nx monorepos, shared libraries, and CI/CD workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
