Pay:

$30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.


Contract:
Zero-hours contract, work is client-driven and offered as projects come in.

I’m building an AI-focused agency that helps small and medium-sized businesses automate operations, improve decision-making, and deploy practical AI tools that actually get used.


I handle:



 - business strategy & client relationships
 - ideation and product direction
 - building smaller tools, workflows, and 

 MVPs


I’m looking for a technical partner / senior developer type who can:



 - build or co-build more complex systems
 - guide architecture decisions
 - help turn ideas into scalable, reliable tools


This is not a typical employee role. It’s a long-term collaboration with real ownership potential if we work well together.

What you’ll work on



Building larger custom AI tools for clients (internal dashboards, automation systems, integrations, etc.)
Improving and scaling MVPs into production-ready tools
Advising on technical feasibility and architecture
Collaborating on product design and problem-solving (not just being handed tickets)

Tech stack (flexible, but likely includes)

Python / JavaScript (or similar)
APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, custom scripts)
 Databases & basic cloud infrastructure
Web frameworks (React, Next.js, FastAPI, etc. — open to what you prefer)


You don’t need to know everythin, but you should be comfortable figuring things out.
