Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack) — TypeScript / Node / React

We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join a high-growth technology company. This role is for an experienced engineer who enjoys owning complex problems end-to-end, building products from the ground up, and helping shape both technical direction and engineering culture.


What you’ll do

Build new products and features from 0→1, taking ideas from concept through to production
Own projects end-to-end, delivering modular, maintainable, high-quality solutions
Contribute across the stack with a high bar for code quality, testing, and design
Help shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating on roadmap planning
Mentor engineers, raise the technical bar, and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Support hiring by interviewing candidates and participating in the selection process


What we’re looking for

8+ years building production applications at Senior/Staff level
Proven history of owning, shipping, and scaling impactful products
Experience in a top-tier startup/scale-up or reputable engineering org
Demonstrated progression with increasing responsibility and scope
Degree in Computer Science (or closely related) preferred


Technical requirements

Extensive TypeScript experience
Frontend: React (plus Next.js or Vue is a bonus)
Backend: Node.js with MongoDB
Experience building AI-powered products or features (or strong interest and practical exposure)
