Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML to join a small, high-impact team.



We’re looking for a product-minded engineer who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions and help shape complex AI/ML systems across the platform.

This person will be one of a handful of engineers expected to influence the entire product suite as the company evolves into an AI-native organization.



What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions using modern models and orchestration techniques (RAG, agents, OpenAI)

• Build core AI capabilities including chatbot, recommendation engine, and intelligent search

• Develop ML pipelines and platform components for model experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment

• Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and safe for production environments

• Partner closely with product, data, and engineering teams to turn healthcare data into intelligent workflows and insights

• Help drive architectural decisions and technical direction across AI/ML initiatives



Must be located: San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City
