The Role As a Staff Software Engineer (Backend), you’ll play a critical role in designing and building the infrastructure that powers a highly regulated, massively scaled financial platform. You’ll work closely with Product and Design to define the right abstractions, ensure compliance across federal and state regulations, and build systems that are both robust and extensible. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for engineers who want ownership, autonomy, and real-world complexity.
