You’ll take ideas from concept to production, working at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and business strategy. This is a highly practical role for someone who enjoys building real systems that drive measurable impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers and product teams to deploy ML models into live environments — continuously experimenting, iterating, and scaling.

 What You’ll Be Doing
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems end-to-end
 • Explore and define what makes productive, resilient digital interactions
 • Integrate emerging ML technologies into real-world applications
 • Work across cloud platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and streaming systems
 • Translate complex technical ideas into clear business value
 • Drive innovation through experimentation and rapid iteration


✅ What We’re Looking For
Must Have:

✔ MS or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computational Social Science, or related field
 ✔ 8+ years building and deploying ML systems (or strong industry + academic mix)
 ✔ Advanced Python skills with production-level practices
 ✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
 ✔ Proven ability to move fast, pivot, and ship real solutions


🌟 Nice to Have
✨ Strong background in NLP (transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, entity resolution)
 ✨ Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, contextual bandits, multi-arm bandits)
 ✨ Knowledge of network science and social interaction modeling
 ✨ Passion for MLOps, monitoring, and scalable ML systems
