Job Overview
We’re seeking a Staff-Level Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of elegant systems design and great user experience. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven web applications — from scalable microservices and APIs to polished, intuitive frontends. You’ll help define technical architecture while collaborating closely with our small, highly skilled team.

Experience in LLM integrations, agentic workflows, or conversational AI is a significant plus — many of our upcoming projects blend powerful backend systems with dynamic, intelligent user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for AI-powered products, web platforms, and mobile applications.
Design and implement high-quality, responsive UIs using modern web technologies.
Lead full stack development efforts across backend, frontend, and integration layers.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and AI researchers to build intuitive, impactful user experiences.
Ensure best practices across security, performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Design frontend experiences that interface intelligently with AI models, agentic workflows, and conversation systems.
Act as a technical mentor within the team, helping to raise the bar while continuing to challenge yourself.
Balance hands-on engineering with broader technical strategy and architecture decisions.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience (5+ years) in full stack development, shipping production-ready systems at scale.
Deep expertise with modern backend stacks (Python, Node.js, Java) and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Express.
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
Solid experience building high-quality UIs that balance usability, performance, and design fidelity.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of REST APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and excellent user experience.
Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and drive technical outcomes independently.
Bonus Points For
Experience building LLM-integrated applications, AI-driven UIs, or agentic workflows.
Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, or AI prompt orchestration.
Familiarity with real-time architectures, WebSocket-based applications, or event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
An eye for product design or UX sensibility is a major plus.
