We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with 5+ years of experience to build an incredible product from the ground up, working at the earliest stage of a startup as a member of an experienced team. We are looking for someone who is a maker and cares deeply about their craft. This person will be united by the relentless pursuit of excellence and passion for building innovative, delightful software.




Responsibilities

Build scalable, secure backend services that can handle enterprise-scale workloads.
Design and work with distributed and high-availability systems.
Maintain our "secure by design" product principle by implementing security best practices up and down the stack (web, backend, infra).
Design both web and service-to-service APIs, model database schemas, and create robust system integration patterns.
Collaborate heavily across product, design, and engineering throughout the product development process.


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, with focus on Go.


Required Skills

Strong core SWE skills + good breadth on backend work.
Startup experience or demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects at bigger tech companies.
Built secure, scalable, distributed microservice architectures.
A plus: Experience with audit logging.


Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Go.
Strong conceptual understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
Experience with database schema design and raw SQL.
A plus: Identity and access management protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, WebAuthn).
A plus: Familiarity with general corporate IT/Security landscape (e.g. MDM, Endpoint Security, etc.).
