About the job
An exciting opportunity to work on the leading edge of cancer diagnostics and personalized genetic treatments! We are seeking 5 Senior Java Developers to help transform the oncology laboratory systems for a top tier Clinical Diagnostic company. This project is slated to run a minimum of 6 months with a strong possibility of 1 year extensions thereafter. Immediate interview opportunity with a quick turnaround on start date!


**This is being offered on W2 only. Must be US based. NO C2C, NO 1099, NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.**


Pay Rate: $70-$90/hr DOE


Duties:

Use Java to customize new processes and methods for laboratory testing, documentation, and data analysis for a heavily customized implementation project (base system is LabVantage LIMS - knowledge of this system is not a requirement, but a nice to have)
New feature development/improvements/enhancements
Assay Changes
Assay Development (new)
Reports
Integrations to other systems/instruments
Provide Tier 2-3 support to internal teams


Experience

5-10 years of Java coding experience at Senior or Principal level.
Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is a big plus, especially LabVantage.
Must have great communication and collaboration skills, a go-getter mentality, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
