Graystone Group is proud to partner with a cutting-edge product organization on their mission to disrupt the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. Our client is developing a next-generation IAM and Zero Trust solution and is seeking a Remote Senior Full-stack Software Engineer (Cyber Security) to drive architecture, development, implementation, and innovation across their core technology stack.



Tech Stack

Frontend: React
Backend: Node.js, Python, Rust
Frameworks: Flask, Django
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes
Infrastructure: Fully on-prem deployment


Responsibilities

Serve as sr. full-stack engineer across the stack (React, Node.js, Python, Rust).
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure services using Flask and Django frameworks.
Own the deployment process using Docker and Kubernetes in a fully on-prem environment.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, ensuring high standards in code quality and engineering practices.
Collaborate with product, security, and DevOps teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.
Lead efforts to optimize performance, scalability, and security of the IAM & Zero Trust platform.
Stay current on emerging technologies and drive adoption of best practices and tools.


Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
Deep expertise in React, Python (Flask, Django), Node.js and Rust (preferred to have).
Strong experience deploying and orchestrating applications in on-prem environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex software systems.
Passion for security-first engineering and experience with IAM, Zero Trust, or cybersecurity products is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.


Compensation

$160,000 - $180,000 base salary + bonus
