Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java development and a passion for leading teams in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.



Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of software applications using Mendix platform, Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript and back-end services with MS SQL.
Work with XML for data interchange and configuration management.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in Mendix, and be willing to learn and implement them.


Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in Java programming and development.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript for front-end development.
Familiarity with XML for data handling and configuration.
Experience with MS SQL for database management and queries.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with Mendix or a willingness to learn the platform.
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful software development projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
