Try Premium for PKR0 About the job We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Front-End Developer / Senior Architect to lead our front-end development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features while ensuring a seamless, responsive experience across various devices and browsers. This role requires a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. This is a fully remote role, working 10-20 hours initially and then ramp up to more. It's a four month long contract. Must have hand-on React experience to be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead the front-end development team in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications. Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals. Utilize frameworks such as REACT, Angular, and Vue.js to develop high-quality, modular components. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of applications through best practices in web development. Optimize applications for speed and scalability while adhering to accessibility standards. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep knowledge of frameworks such as REACT, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with responsive design principles and user interface (UI) design. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GIT. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into front-end applications. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions. Experience utilizing design tools such as Figma is a plus.
