In this role, you will work very closely with senior executives, account executives, and business development managers. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Engineer to: Drive high-quality discovery with prospects to uncover major challenges and pain points. Design, demo, and communicate AI-powered solutions tailored to real-world inspection workflows. Be a key contributor to expanding our market presence, particularly in the US and Canada. πŸ’ͺ Responsibilities | What You'll be Doing Solutions Engineering & Technical Discovery Lead discovery calls with accounts and prospects to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points related to building inspections. Design end-to-end solutions using our AI and reality-mapping platform to address specific inspection challenges across different structure types. Deliver tailored product demos that clearly map AI capabilities to customer pain points and measurable outcomes. Clearly articulate the technical value proposition to both prospects and internal sales teams. Act as the subject matter expert and technical domain authority on AI-driven drone inspections. Client Enablement, Evangelism & Travel Run onboarding sessions and training workshops for new clients to ensure successful adoption. Support enterprise customer calls, troubleshooting, and advanced use cases. Grow platform usage within client organisations through education, enablement, and best-practice guidance. Travel every 12 weeks for trade shows in North America, customer meetings, and industry events. Evangelise and promote AI and reality-mapping technology at conferences, trade shows, panels, and speaking engagements. Product Feedback, Reporting & Content Capture and document customer requirements to inform the evolution of future product versions. Create explainer videos, technical documentation, and customer-facing educational content. Run educational webinars, training courses, lunch-and-learn sessions, and solution-focused presentations. Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives. Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is reflected in roadmap decisions. ✨ Qualifications | What We're Looking For? Experience & Expertise 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within the AEC market. Strong understanding of civil, structural, or building inspection workflows. Experience working with AI, computer vision, drones, BIM, or reality-capture technologies. Proven ability to lead technical discovery, demos, and solution design for enterprise customers. Familiarity with the US and Canada AEC markets and their regulatory and operational nuances. Experience representing technology at trade shows, conferences, panels, or industry events. Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, compelling terms. Strong consultative problem-solving and solution design skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment with modern collaboration and CRM tools. Cultural Fit Curious, resourceful, and excited by emerging technologies.
